I have made every reasonable effort to resolve this matter professionally and in good faith. I am simply requesting payment for the work I completed under our Independent Contractor Agreement.
My preference is to resolve this matter amicably and without the need for further action. However, if I do not receive a response or payment within seven (7) calendar days, I will consider pursuing the remedies available to me under our agreement and applicable law to recover the compensation I believe is owed.
I remain willing to resolve this matter promptly and professionally and look forward to your response.
If the payment is made within the specified timeframe, I will consider this matter resolved and will not pursue any further action. This website files will be restored to their original state and the matter will be considered closed.
