Meet Jenifer Winningham. As Chief Administrative Officer, Jenifer is the glue and force behind The Lipsey Company. With extensive knowledge of sales, customer service, management, and administration, she keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes. Our successful Lipsey School of Real Estate and Systems for Success 10.0 downloadable video training series, are just a few of her recent accomplishments. She’s highly involved in every aspect of our business and is an amazing problem solver. You can find Jenifer on our training webinars, conducting our client discovery needs analysis sessions, and working alongside both Mike Lipsey and Tim Rios revising and creating new training content. Jenifer is also a key component of our marketing outreach and strategy.
As a graduate of the University of Central Florida, Jenifer is married and the mom of two amazing boys. Their family lives and breathes Orlando City Soccer, Florida State Football, and Disney. When Jenifer isn’t spending time with friends and family, she enjoys serving the community on a regular basis whether it be at church, the kid’s school, or other local nonprofits.
