As Chief Administrative Officer, Jenifer is the glue and force behind The Lipsey Company. With extensive knowledge of sales, customer service, management, and administration, she keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes. Our successful Lipsey School of Real Estate and Systems for Success 10.0 downloadable video training series, are just a few of  her recent accomplishments. She’s highly involved in every aspect of our business and is an amazing problem solver. You can find Jenifer on our training webinars, conducting our client discovery needs analysis sessions, and working alongside both Mike Lipsey and Tim Rios revising and creating new training content. Jenifer is also a key component of our marketing outreach and strategy.

Jenifer is married and the mother of two boys. Outside of the office, she stays busy cheering on her sons as they play competitive soccer at the MLS Next and Pre-MLS levels, attending Orlando City Soccer games with her family, and rooting for Florida State football. At home, she loves baking, cooking, and playing competitive board games (and no, folks, we don’t mean Monopoly). Jenifer is also deeply committed to her community, regularly volunteering her time at her church, her kids’ school PTO, and various local nonprofits.
